Socioil Studies Appreciating the achievements and problems of other countries as well as our own, and understanding the relation of cause and effect in history are objectives of courses in history, economics, sociology at Lakewood. Librory If Miss Edmonson schedules a book report or Mr. Huffman assigns a talk on the Boxer Rebellion, the student's first thought is the library. The answers to many problems can be pulled off the shelves, and the library assistants will find the right shelf for the right problem. The library offers recreation as well as instruction.
