The Lakewood High Times while a cub reporter strives to write that last article which will complete his twenty inches of printed matter in order to qualify as a member of the staff. All this combines to make the Lakewood High Times. The paper is liked not only by students, but also by the general public, for it was cited as the outstand- ing Greater Cleveland school paper in 1941-42 by the Cleveland Newspaper Guild, declared the winner of a cup given by the Cleveland District Teacher for out- standing school paper in 1941-42, and named All-Ameri- can by the National Scholastic Press Association. Meanwhile the budget clerk and her assistant disregard the steady hum of voices and conscientiously figure out each home roorn's budget. At his desk S. A.
