Within the varied activities of your school days are the opportunities to gain the things that we hold most dear--friendships, achievement, knowledge, and success. As you look through this year's annual, you will encounter numerous experiences which you will relive. If you chuckle a little at some pictures--or sigh at others, the purpose of the 1958 Falcon will have been achieved. 2 an -nuwmfqgmmiw ADMINISTRATION FACULTY . . SENIORS . . JUNIORS . . She has always listened to the students, and given them advice when they have had problems. Through our respect and admiration for her, we are learning to meet the challenges of today and to be prepared for those of tomorrow. 4 1 J4Jminz5tmti.m .fy ' A . r 1 h May I extend, to the Class of '58, sincere congratulations on the preparation of this fine yearbook? The 1958 edition of the Falcon exemplifies material quality which is surpassed only by the young men and women who enthusiastically supported and diligently worked toward its perfection. We, at LakeVille, are proud of our student body, its activities and achievements. May it be our good fortune to witness the harvest of the high principles which you have established, and may succeeding students be inspired to even greater achieve- ment. Both years the group received a superior rating at the Choir Festival, which included Class A, B, and C schools from Genesee, Lapeer, Saginaw and Tuscola counties. This year's festival was held March 29, 1958 in the Mandeville school in Flint. Mr, James Palmer, director, was elected Chairman of the festival for 1958-59. The choir appeared in the annual Christmas program, spring concert and furnished music for the commencement week programs. For a real thirst quencher . . For a cool clean taste . . .
