This time for a Gallant Lady we all know One that we loved and admired here below. She worked and labored for her ideas and convictions She fought for what she believed in without contradictions. She worked long hours from the morn 'till the night, Always looking ahead with a particular goal in sight. She stood by the nurses and the students, too With something better for them always in view. She worked for improvements in labor and pay, Her job was not always, you see, glamourous or gay. She 1Iied to be fair as she directed the students, She led them with patience, understanding and prudence. Realizing they had to be ready to accept the way of responsibility and decision, for them, come what may. Through her labors, many improvements and new ideas came, She certainly wasn't seeking for riches nor for fame. She just wanted what was good and best for everyone She kept on faithfully fighting 'till the job was done. She longed and worked for many weary tiresome years, Yea, no doubt if we knew, she shed many lonely tears. To see our hospital a National Accredited school just keep on working towards it was her favorite rule. This year her fondest hopes and dreams did come true, For you see, we received National Accreditation at Lake View How Very pleased and happy she was to know that at last All she'd been working and planning for had come to pass. When it came close to the time that she crossed the tide, Even then, she whispered to those around her, l have tried. She was a faithful servant and had fought a good fight, Working for others and always trying to do what was right. Now that the Great Physician has called from up above, With a voice full of tenderness and infinite love, He said as he called, Tis enough, come with me higher, Where there 'll never be pain and you'll never tire. Sleep on, take your rest, you've earned it so well, Your labors, sorrows and pains are over, Mrs. Grygiel. We know that your burdens were not always easy or light But now it is, someone else must carry on with the fight. Thank you for all the goodness and joy you have brought, And for the strong, brave gallant battle you have fought. Rest in that land free from all your toil and pain, Someday, perhaps in God's tomorrow, we shall meet again. Claudine Denny 5 Abusief, K.Z, Adeli, M. Agusti, M. Alder, V.I-I. Anaclerio, A.
