Administration . . 1918 We are the administrators whose guidance and teaching affects not only the education of our youth but their lives as well. We began this school year ambitious for scholastic, physical, and social development for each student. We planned for each one according to his talents, abilities, and interests. To ,the sophomores, we proposed plans for study, curriculum changes, advice, homework, and social adjustment. To the juniors, we gave encouragement, added responsibility, and stressed the need for outstanding scholastic achievement toward the ever-important senior year. Before the seniors, we placed opportunities for thewacquisition of basic skills and the development of vocational competencies for college, business, and community life. Throughmethodsandprooeduregweattemptedtogiveallstudents experiences in the 'operation of democratic principles and an awareness of responsibility for democratic ideals.
