With the advent of football, they turned their attention to the selection of their Homecoming candidates, the lovely Miss Linda Wood and the dashing Michael Brockdorf. As days passed, the Seniors posed for their pictures and selected their announcements and caps and gowns. Fun, frolic, and hard work went into the production of the Senior Play, Who Dunit? As snow flurries filled the air, boughs of mistletoe and greens under the silver-shimmer of thousands of icicles created the atmosphere for Fantasy in Frost. The pace of activity greatly increased as the last few weeks drew near. Dames ' N Dates found all the girls entertaining their guys in Dog Patch as the Senior ' s sponsored their tra¬ ditional Twirp Dance. A funfilled and memorable trip to Chicago began commencement activities for the Seniors. Upon their arrival home, they prepared for Baccalaureate. After writing their final exams, the Seniors momentarily relaxed to enjoy the humor and predictions of Class Night. They then donned their burgundy and white caps and gowns to pass through Commencement, out of school life, into Life ' s School. 43
