Off to a Bashing Start November the 13th was the marking of the first freshman activity, The HFRESHMAN BASH . This party consisted of dancing and a constant flow of loud music of all types ranging from pop to soul, but the favorite seemed to be UEGYP- TIAN LOVER . As the music played and the patriots got into the groove, a talent show was held. This was a chance for the students to show off their stuff and that is exactly what they did, and for doing so well they received a standing ovation. The first to perform were Jenifer Macrley and Melanie Lamone as they twinkled their way into the peoples heart to llMadona's 'lStar Light . Next, Lori Brassfield danced to the popular tune of 'lBilly lean , by Michael jackson. Robin Shad- dix, Rhonda Waugh and Mealine Sprinkle throwed down to 'Chaka Ckanfl Dana jackson and Kim Whittle jam- med to llWhip lt , and last but not least, two very talented breakdancers, Brain llkens and joey Thomas showed off their skill by breakdancing to l'Party Train .
