JV Volleyball Under the leadership and guidance of Coach Hunter, the junior varsity volleyball team ended the season with a 6-13 record. Some of the games the girls won included a 15-11, 15-11 close game over Garland. They slid by 15-10, 15-11 over North Garland. The first game of the rematch of North Garland was a close 15-13 win but the second game was not even a close one with them winning the match 13-6. The best players of the year according to the team vote were: janet Brown, Pam Myers, Candy Bull and Katie Tabor. According to Coach Hunter, llAlthough they lost a lot of matches during the season, they played their opponents well.
