Kathleen Blocher CLASS OF 1962 We, the seniors of 1962, have many wonderful memories from our school days at Laketon High School . As we glance back over the years we remember them as a long hard grind, but also as one big experience that we shall never forget. We started climbing the rungs to success in the year of 1950. Our school life was quite a change, but we learned many new things and made many new friends. It did not take us long to get into the swing of things, and before we knew it we were stumbling up the steps to the seventh grade. Two years later we became green freshmen. The years slipped by and our knowledge increased. The first thing we knew, we were seniors. We then began thinking of projects for our senior trip. In our sophomore year we sold stationary; in our junior year, we had our play entitled The Inner Willy which was a great success. The second day of our senior year, we began selling magazines. Also our concessions began soon. Next came our play, entitled Spring Fever, annual sales, Christmas cards, suppers and other projects. As we climb the last rung, we remember these years with others may bene- fit. And now, as we leave we say, Not Finished, Just Begun.
