CLASSROOMS Kindergarten 47 First Grade First and Second Grades Second Grade Third Grade Fourth Grade Fifth Grade Sixth Grade 48 eni or6 “THROUGH TRIALS TO TRIUMPH” CLASS OF 1960 We, the Seniors of 1960, have acquired many fond memories throughout our twelve long and happy years here. Entering school in 1948 as a group of thirty confused pupils, we soon adjusted to the busy routine of school life. We began a journey that was soon to lead us to the seventh grade. Our junior high years passed swiftly and we found ourselves entering high school as Freshmen. As we started our high school years, we began working energetically to make money for our Senior trip. During our first three years, we had such projects as skating parties, a car wash, stationery sales, cafeteria supper, a dance, and our Junior play, One Foot In Heaven. In our Senior year we sold magazines, Christmas cards, annuals, and candy at noon and at ball games. Also we had cafeteria suppers and gave our Senior play, The Night of January 16. Leaving school, we take many happy memories with us. We will never forget how excited we were the day we received our class rings, how proud we were of the gym the night of the Junior-Senior Prom, and the fun our speech class had entertaining the Lions Club.
