But do the fans fully understand how much hard work goes into being a successful athlete? Whatever sport you want to excel in takes an extensive amount of practice to be suc- cessful in it. Along with physical condi- tioning fline drills, cross countryj, an ath- letes mind must also be in good mental condition. Positive expectations, confi- dence, concentration, a dehnite goal, the ability to deal with failure, and commit- ment inust also accompna y a physically tit body. Without these characteristics, an athlete can never be a complete success.
