Secretaries Help Lancers Organize mhe Lakes secretaries provided an impor- tant but often unap- preciated service to the Lancer community. They not only process- ed paperwork, turning out giant stacks of it daily, but they always answered students' questions with a cheery smile. Counselors Provide Valuable Advice m isdom is one thing that the Lakes counselors had in plenty this year. Another is work. The counselors seemed to be constantly busy, working at least a 28 hour day. Whether it was taking care of schedules, setting up college conferences, or any of a score of things they did daily, the counselors always had a minute to pro- vide valuable advice to studen ts in need. Always searching for new ways to serve the Lancer comm unity, the counselors thought first of the students and counted their own needs as merely secondary.
