The Olympus of Lakeland opened its portals and engulfed the spirit of the men in Lakeland's Varsity Club. The honor and high standing which this club has obtained has been and will continue to be a great asset to our Golden Age. Membership to the club is open to all Lakeland High School sportsmen who have earned a varsity letter. Members of the club strive to maintain order at sports functions and to set an example for the students. Each year the Varsity Club sponsors a show and the proceeds go toward the purchase of school needs. The club also sponsors a picnic in the spring of each year. The club will long remain a necessary part of our Golden Age. 68 A X N!
