Mr. Cox is supervising principal of the Lakeland Public Schools. His position on the faculty of Florida Southern College for a number of years bequeathed him the title of Dean still used by many of his friends. He holds degrees from Birmingham, Southern and from Vanderbilt. His home and family life dominate his leisure hours, with his two young grand- daughters vying for top honors. Mr. john W. One of our first-rate coaches, he was athletic director at Lebanon, Virginia, before making Lakeland his home.
