VIOLA RUDD, MRS. VEDA DILLMAN, MRS. MADELINE LA BRIE, MRS. LORENA LARSON, MRS. ESTHER GIBBS. A vote of thanks must be given to the unsung heroes of Lake Washington High School. This could mean no one else but the crew of janitors, Aaron Dutch VanCuren, Einar Vesterburg, Thomas Hawthorne, ,lim Dennis and Fred Turner. These five men work dili- gently to keep the new building in I'tip-top shape so it will be able to serve high school students for many years to come. Also falling into this category of un- thanked workers are the cooks. Miss Betty Harris, dietician, and her capa- ble staff turn out hot lunches every day to about 400 people in the high school cafeteria. Credit is due to these women, whose duty it is to see that the students and teachers are served a nu- tritious lunch five days a week. MR. VESTERBERG MR. TURNER AND MR. DENNIS MR. VAN CUREN
