With their riches, the club bought films for the library and decorated a float for the Home- coming Parade. Collecting fines, checking books in and out, filing magazines and materials, refinishing table tops, and making clever displays were just a few activities of the 18 members. A successful cupcake sale and a book fair aided them in raising money for a county scholarship fund. One of their major projects was the assembly program for National Library Week.
