The 1983 Prom will be especially memorable as a blizzard swept across the area leaving 12 inches of snow blown into huge drifts. But, the night went on. Everyone was at the Spring Lake Country Club (some by way of the ditch) for pictures at 5:45. The banquet of prime rib was served at 6:30. Mr. Thomas's annual reading of the will and prophecy was the highlight of the program. After making our way back to the school, the prom-goers enjoyed dancing to Renegade. 74
