The 1965 track squad was in a rebuilding year and never won any meets although they scored points in several. Ray Bruening was the high point-getter scoring in each meet that he was entered and qualify- ing for the State Track Meet at Ames. Improvement was made in many areas and next year's team should be well stocked with experienced personnel. A young team this year should prove their efforts for a coming year worthwhile.
