Cut in length to 15 minutes, the pep rallies were not only condensed, but time out of class for decorating and clean-up was eliminated. While complaints were often voiced that they're taking all the fun out of school, somehow we all changed . . . along with the changing times. Indeed, we all had to change our ways a little - just to pass if for no other reason. Because along with the unexcused absentee policy came the new 70 mininum for passing. A minimum that some felt was to the maxi, No more just barely getting byg indeed, we had to crack a few books or face the music. And part of the song was called the tutorial program.
