ADMINISTRATION MARY JANE FRASER ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL Ms. Fraser received her bachelor's de- gree at Western Washington University, her master's at the University of Louis- ville, and her doctorate is pending at Se- attle University. She taught at Bel- lingham for 11 years and at Edmonds for I year This is Ms. Fraser's second year at Lake Stevens High School. ROBERT ESTES PRINCIPAL Mr Estes received his bachelor and master degrees at Central Washington University. He received his principle cru- dentials at Western Washington Univer- sity. He taught at Lake Stevens High School for twelve years and then served as Director of Curriculum at the Central Office for seven years. He moved to Lake Stevens Middle School and was the principal for two years. This is his first year as principal at Loke Stevens High School. DR. FRANK HOWARD ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL Dr Howard received his doctorate at the University of Northern Colorado. He taught at Greely Colorado for five years before he came to Lake Stevens High School.
