The department provided a very diversified education, with classes in computers, typing, agriculture, shop, accounting, and industrial arts. Of particular note was the job entry program, which in- stalled numerous students into promis- ing careers. The Lake Howell Vocational Wing has been a crowning success. 11111159

Because of Mr. Martin's outstanding leadership ability, our band has become one of the best in the area. ln addition to Mr. Martin's hard work, Mr. Palazollo has worked 'round the clock with Lake Howells choir, Each year he and his choir members work diligently to keep Lake Howell in the limelight as far as choral district and state competitions are concerned. Along with band and chorus, Lake Howell's art department is growing too. This year advanced photography was added to the curriculum and ad- vanced art came through with ying colors. ln addition to an expanding cur- riculum, a new faculty member, Ms. Carol Mears, worked part-time with Ms, Stockamp in the art department. Thanks to the efforts of Mr. Martin, Mr. Palazollo, Ms, Stockamp, and Ms, Mears, Lake Howell's Fine Arts Department is one of the best!!! S xx ' wt, .
