Mrs. MacCartney The new enlarged and secured media center is under the excellent direction of Mrs. MacCartney and Mrs. Parker. The yearbook staff would like to thank the Media personnel, and we would also like to con- gratulate al of the Special Education teachers for a job well done this year. In his first year here, Officer Sica has proved to be extremely valuable to the school. He has helped both with the enforcement of rules and with providing valuable information regarding law enforcement. These special people deserve a pat on the back for doing such an outstanding job. Service Dersonnel Deally Make the Grade! Clean hallways, shorter lunchlines, and trouble-free lockers were just some of the reasons that the students of Lake Howell owe thanks to Mr. Russell and the Service Personnel. Mr. Russell and the Service Staff doubled and redoubled their efforts in an attempt to show that they had just as much spirit as the students did. TEES . . . UATIQE The Foreign Language Department included the studies of French, German, Italian and Spanish. The basics of each language were emphasized through monologues and dialogues. Students also enjoyed field trips such as the Theater on Park production of Man of La Mancha and a trip to Disney's EPCOT. Two credits of a foreign language were recom- mended for the students who plan on going to col- lege. The teachers in this department have better prepared the students for college entrance.
