ij? fl xv: -Y AL. - f fs XL ,f-J N-u Cb- E There was no excuse for any student to sit idle during the 1975-76 school year with a social cal- endar booked with activities, Activities began even before school with Sophomore Orientation and the yearbook sign- ing party. Soon after classes were underway, pep rallies and football games commenced. The Yuletide season yielded door decorating competition, annual Christmas banquets for clubs and festive holiday dances. Christmas par- ties were planned and carried out by each fourth period class on the eve of a well deserved winter break. February came slowly but brought with it Valentinels Day, valograms and an elegant Favorite's Ball. This leap year month was bounced out with an exciting, fast-moving Key Club vs. Faculty Basketball Game. Spring was ushered in with the delivery of National Honor Society red carnations and the arrival of the third and final quarter. After the Drill Team-Cheerleader presentation of Spring Show, the bizarre AFS Olympics and the bicen- tennial country fair, students sensed the coming crescendo of annual senior activities. Besides winding up school work, seniors were involved in activities such as Senior Show, Prom, Baccalaureate, Graduation and finally All-Night Party. Every attempted activity proved to be a suc- cess that highlighted this bicentennial school year.
