The 1966-67 Aura is an even better book this year because of its staff of 25. At the beginning of the year, the tive assistant editors went to a workshop at Bowling Green State University. Here they gained some knowledge on how yearbooks are made. To make this yearbook even better than previous years, they decided to add two color pictures. A chicken barbecue was given during the summer to finance this addition. Hard work and late hours-along with Mr. Wise-produced a better yearbook. 68 Rolling l.ake's bi-monthly paper out on schedule keeps the Breeze Staff busy. Staff members also helped with Homecoming and Snowflake activities. Journalism students, making up the Breeze Staff, attend a press conference and workshop at Bowling Green. The Lake Flyerettes, better known as Pom-Pom girls, started the year with little dancing experi- ence and much apprehension. After many long, hard practices they began to look and act like a well-coordinated group as, with the help of their advisor, Mrs. Radlinski, they proved to the stu- dents and faculty at Lake High that they served their purpose as entertainers at half-time during the basketball season. The enthusiastic acceptance by the student body was an encouragement to the Flyerettes. This is coordination!! I- I Fi. . .....t y ' all f vs' 'I ms ' .GHtS .'
