Thi terially increased the enrollment in Lake' eventh and eighth grades The faculty has gradually been increased until at the present time Lake's teaching force numbers twenty four Thirteen are teaching the upper six grades and eleven in the lower six grades The present student body en rollment, including Millbury, is 700 Along with the other advancements, Lake High has pro gressed remarkably well Recently, the board of educa tion was informed that Lake nigh school wa undualified ly approved for continued membership in the Nortt Cen tral As ociation Higr standards are required of any school before admission to this select grodp given Lake Higr has been a member o this association for ll years The tudents, along with the school, profit the membersrip because a graduate of Lake High School may enter any college or university without losing any credits or without taking ar entrance examination.
