lFlOw wfij r PO?X We began the fall of 1954 as 'freshies with an enroll ment of sixty The offlcers elected for the year were President Dale Crandall, V President James Baker, Secre tary Glendale Schulte, Treasurer Wilma Edwards The big gest event of our freshman year was undoubtedly our grad was presented as part of our commencement exercises At the beginnlng of the school year of '55 the follow ing sophomore officers were elected President Irma Isch, V President Glendale Schulte, Secretary Treasurer Dondus Berndt The sophomores won, as they had in their fresh man year, the cheering cup at the intramural games This year was a rather uneventful one for the sophomore class The Junior year always brlngs plenty of activities This year's officers were President Dale Crandall, V President Roland Volker, Secretary Dorothy Krummel, Treas urer Lucy Recker The total enrollment is forty five The flrst important event of the year was our junior class play, HEyes of Love, given November 17, under the direction of Miss Furry, our class sponsor The cast of characters included Dale Crandall, Helen Falls, Loretta Hoffman, Roland Volker, Wilma Edwards, Glendale Schulte, Mary Waggoner, George Suter, Dondus Berndt, and Lyle Kur fis The proceeds from the Farmers' Institute went to the class to help finance the Junior Senior Banquet Lake High School Emblems were also sold by members of the class to add to this fund Of course, there was much excitement in planning for the Junior Senior Banquet, which was held May 15, at the Madison Tea Room As our junior class draws to a close we are looking for ward to very eventful senior year JJXI k.
