Senior Class First Row: D. Brunk, G. Wardner, N. Morehouse, E. Norton, G. Monroe, L. Winslow, F. Kirker Second Row: A. Converse, M. Hawley, B. Blair, H. Dier, C. Desantis D. Lewis, H. Lockhart Absent: G. Johnson ' Presldent...... ....Max Hawley Vice President.....Gladys Monroe Secretary Treasurer......Frances Kirker Fifteen strong, we've enjoyed our senior year to the full. We especially had fun at that Magician's Show we sponsored in the fall, even though we were caught in our Ghost Act. As for athletes this year, in basket- new ' ball and field hockey Dorothy Brunk, Ella Mae Norton, Grace Wardner, Louella Winslow, Frances Kirker, and Gladys Monroe were bitter enemies, while Garry Johnson, Hilton Dier, Walter Blair, Arnold Converse and Carl DeSantis starred in basketball, foot- ball and baseball. We had some musicians too for Grace wardner, Dorothy Brunk, Frances Kirker, Donald Lewis, and Max Hawley were in the band. On the honor roll was Donald Lewis with an average of 86. Spring found us-- no, not 'lazing in the noonday sun', but slaving away to raise money for our big affair in June. Note the calm after the storm in the picture. 13

Junior Class . ., .. 4 . ,, sp- First Row: A. Wallace, D. Chambers, M. Ingranam, E. Straight, J. Bouchard, J. Colbert, A. DeSant1s, M. Sullivan Second Row: J. Dier, E. Fish, A. Hastings, K. Badman 4 Well, we started off this year worrying about how to raise enough money for this yearbook. As a matter of fact at this writing we're still worrying. To raise funds we tried everything -- square dances, a movie, a varsity-faculty basketball game and bake sale. But even with yearbook problems we've found time for other activities. In the band were Audrey DeSant1s, Muriel Sullivan, Helen Lane, Ann Wallace, Marion Ingraham, Art Hastings and John Dier. Pres1dent..Audrey DcSant1s Vice President.......John Dier Secretary Treasurer.....Helen Lane Those who participated in sports were Muriel Sullivan, Helen Lane, Audrey DeSantis, Beatrice Straight, Joyce Colber , Dorothy Chambers Gene Fish, John mer and Keith Bauman. We had quite a few cheer- leaders too -- Muriel Sullivan Helen Lane, Audrey DeSantis, Marion Ingraham, Joyce Colbert and Joyce Bouchard. Somehow, we feel that we can face our senior year with confidence for our many activ- ities, despite gray hairs, have really benefited us.
