Under the guidance and supervision of Miss Nancy Conant, faculty advisor, and Dave Bums, editor-in- chief, the 1955 Young Idea was compiled and pub- lished. The Young Idea contained the finest poems, essays, and short stories written by the students of LFHS during the past school year. Assisting Dave Burns were the following section editors: Arne Fredrickson, essaysg Lee Anderson,short storiesg and Judy Aiston, poems. Lorraine Harrison and her staff were in charge of all the art work done in the booklet. The production of the Young Idea was handled by Eric Erickson and his committee. 11.
