Much pride was taken in the originality of new ideas and quality in another edition of the Falcon. Even though it was hard work, there was always time for fun. One of the highlights of the year was the presentation of that new, crazy television show, The Gong Show, as the theme for the kick off sales of 1978. The annual M.O.N.E.Y. was the slogan meaning Make Orders Now, Enjoy Yearbooks. 35

Student Council The student council accomplished many things this year. Among new things they did was to place a large monthly cal- endar in the hallway telling of all daily events. A lot of work was also done in the school courtyard that was built between the new part ofthe school and the gym. Not only did the student coun- cil prepare the grounds for plants but also contributed almost S500 toward the trees and plants. They were also responsible for the success of two mov- ies shown in order to raise money for their projects. ln Front of the S.C. Calendar are: Pres. - David Means, Treas. - Dana Hasten, Sec. - Tammy Webb, V.P. - Bill Camp. Pat Lechner and Larry Logan, Freshman Rep., work on the courtyard beside the new gym.
