Daryl Bean was elected as a member at large. The Student Council's activities included sponsoring and selling tickets for the group of assembly programs. It also sponsored Homecom- ing and planned the evening pep meeting, the aftemoon parade, and the movie. During the Christmas holidays the decorations outside and within the building were the work of the Student Council. Mrs. johnson was the very able sponsor of this group. Although they suf- fered several defeats they kept up their fighting, Eagle spirit. Those receiving all conference honors were: First team-quarterback, james O'Brien. Honor- able Mention-Edward Van Ahn and James Blair. james O'Brien also received all-state honorable mention. Dean Allen and James Blair were chosen as next year's co-captains.
