Most of these girls had never participated in a basketball game and consequent- ly, ball-handling, coordination, violations, fouls, pivoting and other common terms of the sport were quite foreign to the above nucleus. Despite the obvious handicap, these girls were well endowed with a high measure of enthusiasm, fortitude, and a keen determination to win a percentage of their gamem The schedule of games will reveal two games won and five lost. Tournament play brought this team into the consolation finals of both the County and Sectional Cages, awarding us fourth place in each, :mamma 9011111 56-Farnhamville-25 57-Farnhamville-29 16-Lohrville-54 16-L0h1 '111e'54 23-Manson-34 19'Man50n'52 54-Farnhamville-22 535319351 11,ManBon,45 2-Lanesboro-O fforfeitl 27-Lohrville-44 25-P8t0n'29 28-Rockwell city-44 25-Dana-45
