From our opening practice at Camp McGregor to our last big victory on parent's night, this was a very special year. Probably the greatest memory is our 7-0 victory over Pewamo-Westphalia. After the game our crowd took over the field and we had a long parade back to Laingsburg. The following week, in front of the largest crowd in Laingsburg history, we dropped our chance to be champions by losing to Fowler, 12-6. It was a year of great emotions; a year of ups and downs.
