The 1982 Looking Glass is Dedicated To Dawn Yvonne Miller 1963-1979 Dawn Yvonne Miller, a classmate of the 1982 graduating class, was especially known by her love for people. Dawn was born on May 18,1963 to Dean and Diana Miller, and passed away March 21,1979. Dawn was very talented with drawing. She did many pictures and sketches. A Dawn Miller Art Award plaque bears the namesof the most out- standing art student of the year. Dawn touched many lives. She will long be remembered for her strong will and faith in God. Katrina Dalene Karek 1963-1981 Katrina Dalene Karek was also a classmate of the 1982 graduating class. Katrina was born to Frank and Kathleen Karek on December 10, 1963. She passed away on July 24,1981. Katrina was very outgoing in her own way. through band. She had a strong love lor music. Her Interests in art and music led her to play the flute and the piccolo in the band. Katrina was kind to others and very optimistic. She will not beforgotten by her friends or her class- mates. . .. A time to remember oar laughter and tears . . . 3
