This number in- cluded thirteen new members; Marilyn Donley, Errol Lee, Charles Medler, Tom Robinson, Louise Wombolt, Deanna Wright, Byron Wright, Kenneth Nichols, Roger Nichols, Mark Woodbury, Judy Goushaw, Sharon Cords and Ann Tomlinson. CLASS 1959 Oux When the roll was called in September of 1956 for the Class of 1959 sixty-six pupils answered Here . We welcomed to our membership Gene Bloomfield, Barbara Donley, Clara Robinson, Stanley Schoals, Charles Eggleston, David Pino, and Ray- mond Bigford. Mr. Robert Lucas is our advisor. We chose our officers as follows: President, Richard Mills; Vice-president, Jerry Carr, Secretary, Bar- bara Donley; Treasurer, Larry Carr; Sergeants-at- Arms, Vanda Drew and Larry Gray. Our first project was the Magazine Sale . In the contest for maximum sales, the boys won easily and were entertained by the girls at an enjoyable party. Roy Hill and Dixie Rasey were honored as our super salesmen. We were very proud of our float in the Homecoming parade and our queen. Virginia Beavers and her court, Bonnie Hawk, Rita Mowers, Barbara Donley and Mary Brya. On December 7th we sponsored a disc-jockey party with Eric-0 spin- ning the platters. To help raise money for that famous Senior Trip in 1959, we became Watkins Men to sell vanilla, cinnamon, pepper and other extracts.
