Journalism With the downing of o new decode, this years journalism staff shed its wings and changed the nome of the newspoper fronn the Accipiter to the Howkeye. When asked why, Advisor Mr. Johnson stated, We found thof people didn ' t know the nneoning of Accipiter, Howkeye Is o ploy on words, it sounds like Howk High, and a bird has sharp vi- sion like we use in journolism. With this chonge, the paper hod a fresh new outlook. The magazine composed works from some of the top writers ot Loguno Hills, The debut of the mogozine during the festivol of the arts in spring along with o showcase of artistic works from students in music, art, chorus, ceramics, drama, and phoroghophy wos o big success.
