Throughout the year they par- ticipated in field competitions at other schools. In these competi- tions they won the sweepstakes and several first place trophies. The Color Guard attributed their success to Maureen Jocobsen. the Adviser and Beth Isensee, the Captain. Bond Throughour rhe year, rhe bond has been involved in many competitions and field shows, which required endless hours of practice. They began their practice during the lost two weeks of August At practice dur- ing the summer, the bond prepored for field shows, leorned field patterns, ortd sharpened their marching techni- ques.
