Library Several rypes of people dwell In rhe library in the course of one day. First, the library oid spends every school doy there. Sunni Syn enumerated the many duties of the librory oid: 1. To straighten shelves and moke sure the right books ore on the right shelves. 2. To push in choirs. 3. To moke copies. 4. To put books owoy. 5. To check for posses. 6. To run errands for Mrs. Kilby . Surely o relaxing period of calculus or physics is necessary ofter a period of thot! Next the devoted stu- dent researches for hours in the worm and informotive environment of the librory. Low veterans Catherine Myers, Anouk Shombrook, Chris Drozek, and Diane Song provided sound backgrounds of experience for the team. Essentially o role ployed court cose, this year ' s hypothetical cose involved illegal entry and assault on o police officer. When questioned the benefits of Mock Trial in- volvement, the group ' s responses were quite diverse. According to Greg Young , Mock Triol hos enabled him to grasp ' ... o better understanding of the American judicial system. On the other hond, Catherine Myers more comically asserted that Through Mock Triol I ' ve not only been able to spend time with real, live criminols, but I ' ve also enjoyed the entertainment presented by Chris Drozek ond his impression of o bonono. Throughout the years, Loguno Hills has gained a reputotion as being one of the tougher teams in Orange County to beat.
