Foreign Language Foreign languages ploy o major port in the world oround us, and if is very imporfont rhor we study languages during our high school career At L.H.H.S. the foreign longuoge deportment ploys o mojor port in our education Loguoges such os Spanish, French, ond Germon ore studied every- doy by our students Mme. Doker who teaches Spanish and French soys her students ore Enthusiostic and eoger to leorn about foreign longuoges ond cultures. Teochers use mony different mefhods to get the students interested in the longuoges ond cultures. Visuol perfor- monces like ploying with puppets and skits, help the students understand more about the longuoges. Special field trips to movies in foriegn longuoges as well OS trips to restaurants to eot different types of foods enable the students to better adopt to the culture. In doss, the students ore encouroged to speok the foreign language to eoch other, ond to participate in special doss activities.
