The varsity squad, led by Wendy Hensel, lris Veneracion, and Christy Grebel, proved a threatening force as they battled many competitive teams. Each practice and game was a new learn- ing experience. As a young team, the Lady Hawks pulled through as the under- dogs and finished with a dynamite effort. Junior Varsity was represented with a well-balanced team as it had height, speed, and sharp shooting combined. Their hard work and determination made them a winning team on and off the court. The JV girls are all hoops! The girls Varsity team show off their pride. Renn Amstead and Sue Stein hard at work-coaching. Sharon Oh, Marcy Kalberg, and Jenny Swanson warm up before the big game.
