JEANINE SHIPPY Pat 'A little miss with a heart of gold For but one man and his to hold! Vice President 2,4, Glee Club 1,2,3, Treasurer 3. come in small packages. Hobby--collecting records, Dramatics 2,3,4, School Paper 3, Annual Staff 4 Jeanine, a blonde, hails from the country. She never says much m class but when- she does, it has some reasoning back of it. She has made many friends in M her high school life and is liked by everyone. We can truly say that good things LORETTA STYRCULA Skeets 'Never worry and get a wrinkle Always smile and get a dimple.' Hobby--Music, School Paper 3, Annual Staff 4, Glee Club 1,2,3, Vice Presi- dent 3, Treasurer 4, Dramatics 2,3,4. Loretta B a pretty senior with a kind word and smile for everyone. She is the only senior who takes shorthand. No one can understand why as she plans to be a nurse. We feel sure that she will succeed in anything she undertakes. FAREWELL Hurrah, and hurrah, for the dearest school of all! Hurrah for the classroom, the office and the hall! Now we leave the scene, where we've spent happy days, It is with sorrow and with sadness we wend our separate ways. Hurrah for the games that we've played and always won! We've made a fine showing, great stunts our class has done. In the larger school of life, greater obstacles we'll find. So, it is with a sigh that we leave this school behind. It is hail and a cheer for dear old Lafferty High! Now that we are Seniors we must say a fond good-by. In the name of the Law! We, the Senior Class of Lafferty High Shool, County of Belmont, State of Ohio, being of sound mind and memory, do make and declare this docu- ment to be the last will and testament of said class, hereby revoking any and all former wills made by us. ARTICLE I Section I. In fulfillment of our debts: We hereby sanction any process by which we may express our gratitude for the splendid training offered us. Section II. To the citizens of Lafferty, we leave the confidence that Laf- ferty High School is the best factory of good clean citizens of the United States. Section III To the Board of Education we leave the hearty thanks for the work they have done in making our education the best pos- sible. Section IV To each member of the faculty, in appreciation of their tire- less and patient efforts, we bequeath the following To: Mr. Albanese, a shrill whistle to blow when he is on his way to Study Hall. Mrs. Pollock, a pair of dark glasses to hide her stare. Mr. Melchiori, a late edition of the humorous joke book. Mr. Ross, a study hall with girls who don't giggle. Laura, a right to broadcast her recipes instead of trying them on us. Pop, an abundant supply of nickles and pleasant words. ARTICLE II To the Juniors, we bequeath our Senior Dignity, dramatic ability, our good looks, our conceitedness, and our success in financial undertakings. To the Sophomores, we leave our love, and wishes to surpass the Juniors in scholastic endeavor. To the Freshmen we leave ample room for improvement and a box of Ajax to brighten up their brass. ARTICLE III To the Athletic department we leave best wishes for success. To the Grade School pupils we leave the right to follow in our footsteps. ARTICLE IV To the whole world we leave happiness, peace, prosperity and general good will.
