Procluction Managers We are indeed fortunate in having MR. GEORGE BLACKWELL as superintendent of the St. Joseph public school system. He has shown untiring inter- est in school activities and with his friendly and gracious manner has gained the respect of teachers, students, and patrons. iii The BOARD OF EDUCATION is composed of a group of men and women who strongly believe that the St. Joseph school system must provide a firm foundation for the lives of future citizens.
