le Celebrates Silver Anniversary 1964-Lafayette has been in continuous operation since 1939, through W. W. Il and double sessions as a junior and senior high and now as a senior high school. Thousands of students have made prepara- tion for their parts on the stage of life. Enrollment for 1964 was 1,800. 7 Mr. James D. Ishmael, Lafayette's principal, and one of the school's fre- quent visitors, his dog Sam. Mr, John Colliver, head custodian, Miss Sally Robinson, Latin teacher, Mrs. Bess B. To present this stage and its players is the purpose of the Marquis. The Christmas program, Twelve Days of Christmas, was presented by the Vocal Music Department.
