They took part in an Exchange Assembly with Fort Lupton. The Student Council also helped to organize the Tri-Valley League-Student Council, of which we are a charter member. Another project of the year was the making of a school calendar for each teacher on which the activities were recorded. To encourage the students of Laiayette High School to better themselves in their scholastic ability, character, service, and leadership, the Bobcat Chapter of the National Honor Society, sponsored by Mrs. Wagers, was installed December 5, 1956. In the first meeting of the Bobcat Chapter held January 10 during the fourth period in Mrs. Wager's room, plans were made to meet the first Thursday of each month. The following officers were elected: president, Thelma Hartnagleg vice president, Ray Clair: secretary, Darlene Hulstromg and treasurer, Joy Milliken. ROW I: K. Kilker, M, Waneka, Mrs. Wagers, R.
