DAVID SARGENT . . . will Eager here . . On the bright moming of September 2, 1952, a shy group walked through the doors of L. H. S. lt was the Senior class of 1956! The first year they elected Louie Bruger, President, Virginia Ralston, Vice President, Claramae Hanson, Treasurer, and Carol Barber, Secretary. 1953 was the second year of their high school days. They elected Carl Spiegel- berg, President, Jim Fecteau, Vice President, Jack Fair, Treasurer, and Pat Anderson, Secretary. Their big event this year was the Christmas Dance which had the theme Christmas Island. Carl and his queen, Juanita Barten, led the Grand March. At last they're Juniors and upperclassmen! This is the year of excitement with class rings and the Junior Prom. Bob Dosedel was elected President, J im Fecteau, Vice President, Sandra Loga, Secretary. Bob and his queen, Carl Musser, led the Grand March at the prom. The theme was Under Hawaiian Skies. In February they re- ceived their rings. On October 18 they presented the roaring comedy Act Your Age. Seniors finally! They elected Bob Rasmussen class President, with Byron Pickering, Vice President, Louie Bruger, Treasurer, and Carol Barber, Secretary. They presented the class play on February 16, the name of it was 'Mollie O'Shaughnessey. May 27 was the date of Baccalaureate with the following day Commencement. Seventy Seniors left their high school days behind May 30 -- ready to face the world,
