Lack of experience as veterans plus the hei ht disadvantage were their greatest handicap in the conference race. The squad? consists mainly of sophomores and juniors, with the exception of one senior. Some promising freshmen and eighth graders took active part with the squad. The victories were not as many as ex- pected and to th I I f ' ' , e oya ollowers of the Lumberjack squad the athletic depart- ment extends its appreciation.
