Foreign Languages Spoken Here The Foreign Language department offers Horton Watkins students the opportunity to study languages and cultures of other lands. Students can choose among Spanish, German, French, Latin, and Hebrew. ln the French, German, and Spanish courses, the first and second year classes are conversational. These courses help students establish a practical vocabulary as well as a reasonable speaking ability.
