An Active Ascent NAN BUCHAN DICK SHAEEER DON PANHORST TERRY SAVAGE President Vice-President S ecretdry Treasurer WE REMEMBER- Into the last year the seniors crammed many exciting events which will never be forgotten: the Card Party to raise money for the Football Prom which climaxed the unde- feated season, the April Fool's Skating Party, the excitement of Skip Day, the Senior Assem- bly, and graduation, the pinnacle of our high school days. BoB TUVIL JOHN SMITH JOYE DICKENS President Vice-President Secretary-Treasurer WE REMEMBER-TO start the year off with a spark the junior clan gathered for a class picnic to get acquainted and re-acquainted. The picnic was only the start of a long remembered year. Funds for the bang-up Junior-Senior Prom were raised by bake sales and a fashion show. Next year's seniors participated wholeheartedly in all activities from sports to the snack bar. BLAIN MCCLARY RICHARD SPENER Bois JONES LINDA RUDMAN President Vice-President S ecremry Treasurer WE REMEMBER - The sophomore class planned excitedly and worked earnestly for their mam- moth project of the year, the Winterlude. Changing the dance from a Christmas party to a celebration of St. Valentine's Day, and intro- ducing the tradition of crowning a Senior King of Heartsn, the clever group made their dance a memorable event. MIKE ScIIwARTz BILL JONES lVlARILYN HARDT President Vice-President Secretary-Treasurer WE REMEMBER-TDC freshman class held two parties in the cafeteria, the first incorporating a jazz theme and the second suggesting a night mlb. This class also helped to set up a junior high school student council. Many home room discussions helped in establishing an esprit de corps that should be an asset in future years. 23
