Richard M cC laine SCHOOL IMPROVEMENTS When we returned to school this fall we found that our school had some new improve- ments. First and the grade As we of all we noticed that the high school had been painted peach and bright green school had been painted blue green and cream. climbed the stairs to enter the assembly we found that the assembly had new lights. When we lifted our eyes to see the lights we saw new pictures on the walls. The grade school, also, had new pictures. A new art room was located in the grade building in what had been the old third grade room. Later on a fountain that worked was placed in the assembly. Lockers were installed in the lower hall, and a new office for the principal was made out of the stage section of the auditorium or the junior high assembly. The seniors' gift to the school was a new safe and it was placed in his new office. ilk!!! lllllllk illllk Mrs. Edmiston: What is a furlong? Bob Powers: It means time.
