SENIOR CLASS HISTORY Of the sixteen members who entered LaCrosse High School in September, l9h6, only eight will be present to graduate on May 22, 1958 The members of the graduating class are Jack Berkshire, Barbara Prench, Gary Heinold, John Holmgren June Lichtwark, Glenn Pfeifer, Ella Rezac, and Pat Stuck The other members of the first grade class were Barbara Beebe, Billy Dewitt, Robert Groves, Patricia Leffert, Ange- line Mendyke, Jerry Piledderer, Randy Porter and Mary Ann Surlach Other students who sojourned with us at various tlmes at LHS were Jay Kendall, Patsy Leifert, Lloyd Christoph Nancy Curry, LaVerne Hurby, Wllliam Phillips, Stanley Marks, Dorothy Meeks, Jack Rust, Kenneth Albee, Eleanor Hurt, Verne Hutchins, Darlene Hutch1ns, Wilma Edds, Alana Howard, Dale Freeman and Donald Reed The members of our graduating class joined us in the lollowing grades Jerry Raderstorf Irom Knox and Judy Smok er Irom Prairie Township joined us in the second grade, Pat Tesmer irom Michigan City and Ronald Florer from Tefft joined our class in the sixth grade, Darl Shreve came from Medary ville during the seventh grade, and Mildred Bennett Joined our class in our Senior year from Pensacola, Florida Our teachers and sponsors were as follows First and second grade, Mrs Leona Weiss, Third grade, Miss hlva Shine barger, Fourth grade, Mr Marcus Hunt, Fifth grade, Mr James Howell, Sixth grade, Mrs Cleo Conlon, Seventh and eighth top, Tenth and eleventh grades, Mr Stanley Walters, and Twellth grade, Mr Jay E Waskom We shall always regard as highlights of our school life the initiation into high school and the Junior play, The Boarding House Reach ' We also recall the excitement ot or dering and recelving our class rings In our last year of school we received our Senior pictures and looked forward to our graduation We shall never Iorget our Senior trip, the Junior Senior Prom, and the night we graduated Irom LaCrosse High School THE CLASS OF SU QP' 15 0 1 9 : ' ' , grades, Mrs. Gladys Jones, Ninth grade, Mrs. Goldie Sieden- I1 1
