Drill Team Performs During this year, the drill team di- rected by Mrs. Sandy Hinton gave a series of performances during the year beginning with football games. Basketball season brought spicy halftime dance routines for several home games. They per- formed at an MCC basketball Game also. During the fall the girls sold candy and combs to buy white derbys for next year. A trip to Six Flags May 13 was planned to end the drill teams social year. The girls presented a modern dance program the night of May 26 for the public. The year ended with the the excitment of tryouts and a new batch of eager for football season.
